International-Standard School Based on Ecology, Sociology & Technology Arrives in Indramayu
MoU Signing for the Opening of Eco Socio Tech (EST) School Indramayu
Redea Institute (formerly HighScope Indonesia), together with the Wira Yodan Cendekia Foundation, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the opening of the Eco Socio Tech School (EST School) in Indramayu Regency. This signing marks the initial step in establishing an active learning-based educational institution that integrates environmental awareness, social impact, and the ethical use of technology from an early age. Guided by the philosophy that learning is a journey and not a race, students are prepared from an early age to become innovators, creative problem solvers, and leaders of integrity in the 21st century.
Having operated for more than three decades as HighScope Indonesia, Redea Institute has pioneered active learning methods and grown from early childhood education into a complete K–12 educational ecosystem. Now, Redea Institute is elevating this pioneering spirit to a higher level through EST School—a pinnacle of research-based educational dedication and a tangible realization of its continuous commitment to national excellence.
The strategic partnership formalized through this MoU aims to build a robust, modern educational ecosystem in Indramayu. Supported by experienced management and an adaptive curriculum, the presence of EST School is expected to foster a local youth generation that is not only academically excellent but also possesses a strong character to make a real contribution to social progress.
“I believe that true learning involves relentless adaptation to the future. Through the signing of this MoU, we are committed to creating an ecosystem where technology, the environment, and humanity run in harmony in Indramayu,” said Antarina S.F. Amir, Founder & CEO of Redea Institute. “We are very proud and grateful for the support, openness, and great trust given by our strategic partners and the people of Indramayu. This initial step is expected to make a real contribution to improving the quality of children's education, in order to realize a resilient, excellent Indonesian generation ready to face global challenges.”
The Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Wira Yodan Cendekia Foundation, Dr. Anggawira, expressed his deep gratitude and commitment regarding this inauguration.
"For me, the inauguration of EST School in Indramayu is a calling of the soul as well as my life's purpose. As a local born in Indramayu, I see that this regency is still lagging behind in terms of human resource quality. I feel a moral responsibility to build and improve the quality of human resources here. Currently, there is no school with national or international standards in Indramayu, and the presence of EST School is our tangible step toward bringing about that change."
Mr. Yosia Yodan, Owner of HighScope Indonesia Bengkulu School and Advisory Board Member of the Wira Yodan Cendekia Foundation, revealed the origins of this collaboration.
"During the inauguration of the Middle School program at HighScope Indonesia Bengkulu, Mr. Anggawira first expressed his desire to establish a school in Indramayu. I know him as an extraordinary mentor in HIPMI (Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association), who always sets an example for all members in the regions on how to be a 'warrior entrepreneur'. This spirit is what drives us to contribute to EST School Indramayu. We are committed to preparing the best team with superior competence, to deliver real results that can be directly felt by parents."
The MoU signing ceremony proceeded solemnly and was attended by Mr. Fressha Rezkana and Mr. Ruli Krisna as executives of the Wira Yodan Cendekia Foundation, along with the management team of Redea Institute.
Through the official launch of this partnership, EST School Indramayu will immediately begin all preparatory phases, including facility development, infrastructure preparation, and teacher training. This step is taken to ensure the creation of an interactive, fun, and safe learning environment for children in Indramayu. Under the auspices of Redea Institute, EST School is fully committed to maintaining high-quality standards, giving parents peace of mind and trust in entrusting their children's future.
Currently, enrollment for the 2026–2027 Academic Year at EST School Indramayu is officially open, with school operations scheduled to begin in October 2026.
